Enrollment Criteria

Our program accepts individuals who value supportive, intensive programming and guidance.  We accept individuals who have had previous primary treatment experiences for alcohol and drugs, coming from inpatient and residential programs, wilderness programs and therapeutic schools.  We also accept individuals who have had no previous treatment and our program will be their first intervention experience.  Individuals will need to be clinically and medically stable.  The potential participants with a substance abuse history will be thoroughly evaluated to ensure that the participant is appropriate for the program.

Application Process

The Insight Intensive application process includes:

• An initial telephone conference with the family
• Completing the enrollment application and reviewing it with our enrollment coordinator
• Scheduling an onsite visit to Insight Intensive is available for those wishing to visit the program prior to enrolling

Once the decision has been made that a participant will enroll, we will then complete the enrollment process, which includes scheduling an arrival date.

Program Costs

The program is private pay, and the current daily program-fee for Insight Intensive is $375.  The program fee includes the following:

• Room and board
• All weekly therapy and meeting groups
• Weekly individual psychotherapy
• Individual mentoring and coaching sessions
• Conference calls, skype and emails to update family
• Continuing-education and vocational-guidance and mentoring
• Individual family sessions and family workshops
• All Insight Intensive therapeutic recreational activities
• Discounted lift tickets for local ski area
• Access to all onsite recreational and program activities, including equipment and facilities

In addition to the program and registration fees enumerated above, the following charges or deposits are required upon enrollment:

• $1,000 refundable, damage deposit
• $750 refundable, revolving activity account [*]

*  The participant’s activity account is used for incidental purchases (e.g., personal effects, pharmacy, non-sponsored off-campus activities and other personal, small goods.)

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, credit card, and money order.

Available Financing Options

Insight Intensive partners with Clark Behavioral Health Financing to provide options for financing the cost of our program.

Financial Assistance is available for those who qualify. Financing can cover treatment costs, and applicants with credit scores as low as 600 may qualify. Multiple payback options are available, ranging from 12-48 months with competitive rates, and no prepayment penalties if you choose to pay the loan back early.
