Spring has arrived here at Insight Intensive!  The lake has thawed out and the guys are itching to get outside.  To help with that, we broke out our mountain bikes and held a class, facilitated by Ryan our Life Skills Coordinator, on how to maintain and repair the bikes.  The class was informative and all of the participants had a great time.
